Place the strip on your nose before going to bed. These strips also come in a formula to alleviate snoring. They open your nasal passages so breathing is easier and air flows through freely.

Criticism: There are a few set backs to these strips. If your skin is oily they may not want to stick. On the flip side of that after wearing them for a few nights they will dry your skin out causing the adhesive to stick. This can cause some pain when removing. Soak with some water if this happens.
