Flat Earth Baked Fruit Crisps

The last time I went grocery shopping a guy handed me a sample of these Wild Berry Patch baked fruit crisps by Flat Earth. I had had my eye on them the last few times I was at Publix because I thought they would be a great alternative to chips… which I don’t ever buy, but sometimes you just want something crunchy to go with your tuna salad. :)

The sample guy gave me a dollar off coupon so I headed right over to the chips aisle.

These are sooo delicious! I like the fact that I can pronounce the ingredients. While they do have a dab of sugar, the overall sugar content is only 6 grams per serving. They’re made mostly from rice flour and potato starch with pureed berries added. Yum!

I can’t wait to try the apple cinnamon ones, as well as the veggie flavor. If your kids are really picky this might be another way to sneak in some fruits and veggies, each serving is a half a serving of fruit. And they have 0 grams of trans fat.
