Gluten Free Food Reviews
I’m going to start posting some reviews of gluten free products. I don’t have Celiac disease (at least, I don’t think so… I haven’t been tested yet) but my Doctor put me on a gluten free dairy free diet to help address some Irritable Bowel symptoms… it’s working nicely and I’ve even lost a few pounds, which is a nice side benefit of the inconvenience of having to live gluten/diary free.
There are some tasty GFCF products out there and some not-so-tasty ones, so I thought I would share for the benefit of those who might be embarking on this diet.
