Love My Larabars!

Have you ladies tried the Larabar? I love these. They’re my favorite healthy granola bar. Actually, they’re one of the few truly healthy granola bars. ;) Most granola bars have far too much sugar, even high fructose corn syrup, and soy (which I try to stay away from, I think the jury’s still out on the safety of soy), and at the very least overly processed grains.

The Larabar, on the other hand, has only a few ingredients, all of them immediately recognizable and pronouncable too. They’re made from crushed nuts and fruits. And they’re delicious. One is so filling, it can stand in for a meal. They’re great to keep in your purse for when you and the kids are out and about and get hungry, but don’t want to stoop to fast food.
