Review:  A bunch of us were sitting around drinking coffee the other and someone said they headache. Next thing I knew we were talking about how reflexology could help a headache instead of trying to decide which pain reliever was a better choice.  Because I’m a researcher and investigator I wanted to know more.  That’s how I stumbled upon this book.

It’s a great step-by-step guide into the world of pressure points, visualization and mediation.  There are charts for you to look at and these charts are easy to understand and figure out.

This guide shows you which reflex points to use and the techniques that will give you the best results.  With the information in this guide you will learn that there is more than one way to skin a cat so to speak.  Self healing can not only be safer than medicines, but is inexpensive too.

This is one of the very few books I found on reflexology that actually had pictures and charts you could follow.  Plus it explains all those terms that no one, unless they were in the medical field, could understand.

Even if you don’t suffer from pain this book can be a great find. Reflexology is one great way to relax your body.  With the massage techniques in this guide you will be laid back and feeling good before you know it.  If I start to feel stressed, I just use one of these techniques and I start to feel more relaxed and ready to face whatever lies ahead.

Reflexology may not be right for everyone, but you will never know if it’s right for you unless you at least learn about it.  Because this book is so easy to understand and the techniques and ideas are so easy to do try it.  If for nothing more than to see what all the fuss is about.
